Timings
Year 5 start school at 08:50 and finish at 15:20.
PE
Wednesday and Friday.
PE afterschool club is on a Tuesday until 16:15
Pupils can come into school wearing their PE kit on those days.
Homework
Homework is set on a Friday and is expected to be completed by the following Thursday.
Reading
Pupils are expected to read three times a week or complete 3 Reading plus assignments.
Books are changed on Mondays and Thursdays, however we will always endeavour to change books daily.

Swimming
Swimming is timetabled for a Thursday morning during the Spring Term. All children must attend swimming sessions, unless they have a medical letter excusing them, as it is part of the National Curriculum. A full swimming costume must be worn by girls and swimming shorts by boys. All children must wear a swimming cap.
