The Structure of our Governing Board.
There are 12 members of our Governing Board; 7 Foundation Governors, 2 Parent Governors, an Authority Governor, a Staff Governor and the Headteacher.
We hold 5 meetings for the full Governing Board during the course of each academic year.

Fr Stephen Pritchard is Parish Priest of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish and is a Foundation Governor.
He regularly visits school to see staff and pupils and children and staff come into the church for celebrations. Father Stephen is also chaplain at Hope University and Dean of the local area.
He was appointed by the Archdiocese of Liverpool and his term of office is 01/03/20 to 29/02/24.
Fr Stephen is responsible for EYFS and is link Governor for Year 2.
He has no declared business interests but serves on the Governing Board of St Gregory’s Catholic Primary School in Liverpool.
Nicola Harrop is our Vice Chair and a Foundation Governor.
She is an elected Parent Governor and her term of office is 9/21/21 to 8/2/25
Nicola is responsible for Safeguarding and English and is link Governor for Year 1.
She is a member of the following committees:
Finance, Premises and Health and Safety.
She is also a member of our Policy Group.
She is a teacher at St Christopher’s Catholic Primary School in Liverpool and her husband is Headteacher at St Mary’s CE Primary School in West Derby, Liverpool.
Catherine Kehoe is a Foundation Governor.
She is a Foundation Governor and her term of office is 04/02/21 to 03/02/25.
Catherine is responsible for Mathematics and is link Governor for Year 4.
She is a member of the following committees:
Staffing and Curriculum, Pay, Headteacher’s Performance Management Review.
She has no declared business interests and does not serve on any other Governing Board.
Martin Burke is Headteacher of the school and has served on the Governing Board since 2010.
He was previously a Foundation Governor at St Charles’ Catholic Primary school.
Angela Keogh is our Staff Governor.
She is an elected staff governor and her term of office is 21/01/20 to 20/01/24.
She has no declared business interests and does not serve on any other Governing Board.
Samantha Dunning is our Chair of Governors and is a Foundation Governor.
She was appointed by the Archdiocese of Liverpool and her term of office is 9/2/21 to 8/2/25.
Peter Crowe is a Foundation Governor.
He was appointed by the Archdiocese of Liverpool and his term of office is 9/21/21 to 8/2/25.
Margaret Timmins is a Foundation Governor.
She was appointed by the Archdiocese of Liverpool and her term of office is 31/10/23 to 30/10/27.
Amy Fitzsimmons is our Local Authority Governor.
She was appointed by Liverpool City Council and her term of office is 18/06/18 to 17/06/22.
Kerry Bennett is a Parent Governor.
Her term of office is 6/11/23 to 5/11/27.
Jessica Shaw is a Parent Governor.
Her term of office is 6/11/23 to 5/11/27.
